First Time Applying? Click on CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT located on the left side of this page.

Click on “Create New Account” to begin. Use your college issued e-mail (ex. abc123@email.vccs.edu) as your login and create a password. NEW: Each time you sign in after entering your password, you will be sent a verification to the email address used to set up your account. Once that code is entered, you will be able to access the portal.

The Reynolds Common Scholarship Application
The common application that prospective and current students should complete to be considered for scholarships the next academic year provided by the J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College Educational Foundation with permission from the Scholarship Office between December 1 and March 1. This is where you as a student, are entering in the 1st round of awarding which takes place over the summer prior to the start of the Fall semester.

The Off-Cycle Reynolds Common Scholarship Application
The common application that prospective and current students should complete to be considered for scholarships provided by the J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College Educational Foundation with permission from the Scholarship Office after the deadline to apply has passed.

The Community College Workforce Alliance (CCWA) Scholarship Application
Complete this application if you are a current CCWA student who has an additional financial need after all state funding options have been explored and taking coursework and has been referred to Reynolds' Scholarship Office to apply which is established by Reynolds' Educational Foundation.

VFCCE-Walmart Workforce Certification Exam Scholarship Application
Complete this application only if you have received an invitation or referral from an instructor after completion of post study degree or certificate. This application is used to select students for a workforce credential or certification exam fee scholarship. You may only apply once for this scholarship reimbursement. A completed and signed W9 is needed to process all reimbursements which is located within the application.

Follett Textbook Application for Assistance (when funds are available)
Assistance may be given on a case-by-case basis. Tuition must be paid in full, or a payment arrangement must be set up to receive assistance.
